And then I saw it. It was moving up the hill . I ran up the hill it started chasing me. I didn't know what it was, it looked big, fat and scary. It was a cold night i was freezing. It felt like I was in an ice bath. I kept running up the hill to keep myself warm when I made it to the top I couldn't see it. I was scared where could it go? I asked myself . then I felt something breathing on my neck. I turned around and it was my best bud xz. Jeremy the giraffe.

The female normally gives birth to one but rarely you will see it give birth to twins.The baby drinks milk for the first 4/6 months and then moves onto leaves and water . Giraffes are herbivores which means they can only eat plants . Their favorite food is acacia and sometimes they eat hundreds of pounds of leaves a week and 75 pounds a day . normally they spend 16/20 hours a day eating. They also eat shrubs, mimosa, and wild apricot trees, sometimes fruit. Giraffes can last longer without water than a camel.
